System Overview

Although new to the RCO family of products in March of 2011, CAMS-ii has been servicing Credit Union core data processing needs since 2002 and today is in use by Credit Unions throughout the United States. CAMS-ii is a .NET browser based system which offers you the latest in technology allowing for extreme flexibility and expanded offerings. One of the main reasons the CAMS-ii client base continues to grow is the excellent member facing feature options built within the system.


Features & Functionality

Plug and Play Branch or Mobile Office Communications

CAMS-ii uses secure broadband connections for your external communications which incorporate highly efficient encryption technology to provide continuous network security. Wherever internet access is available, you may simply take a laptop and/or portable printer to an affiliated SEG and instantly create a full-service temporary branch.

Home Signature for Documents

Deliver loan documents to your members securely through Home Banking. Your member can review their documents and sign with their mouse right from the comfort of their home. What a great way to complete loans quickly!

Streamlined Disaster Recovery System

Auditors require disaster recovery plans to cover local, state and regional outages. CAMS-ii easily provides your Credit Union the ability to perform annual disaster testing from virtually any remote location. With no set-up or equipment delivery requirements, our daily remote backup can activate your disaster server.

Enhanced Document Delivery

Go beyond standard electronic statements with the CAMS-ii Document Delivery System by adding disclosures, newsletters and marketing literature to the standard statement delivery process. Optionally, bypass receipt printing and chose to have them electronically delivered. The Document Management System allows secure delivery of any archived document to your members, remote employees and non-members such as auditors, and co-signers. Electronic document delivery not only enhances member services, but significantly reduces mailing expense.

Provide Home Deposits

Increase member service by selectively allowing check deposits from the convenience of home. Qualified members with home scanning capabilities simply scan their checks and send them to the Credit Union for deposit through the home banking system. Additionally, an application is available in CAMS-ii to allow members to use their mobile phone for check deposits!

Access Mobile Banking

Allow account access from anywhere via any browser-based mobile phone. CAMS-ii provides instant member balances, history, transfers, and bill payments. CAMS-ii allows viewing electronic documents on compatible cellular phones. The Mobile Banking interface is designed to minimize keystrokes while providing complete account access.

Employ Member Self-Service Kiosks

Expand membership and reduce expenses by incorporating cash dispensing, cost-effective kiosks into branches or SEG locations by using a broadband internet connection. With no associated network fees, these provide members with convenient information access and cash while attracting non-members.
